Unfair ratio.

Okay,so I was online on like 8 o'clock on my rebel char. and a D-6 raid was issued(which I was un-aware of)some CP got me walled and I was killed,I know what your saying "this happens all the time"BUT...their were 5 CP on..and I was the only civi.I ask for this whole situation to be voided because this is a REALLY unfair ratio.
