applying to be unban

This happen during a dayz event where we had to create a new character to play so I did and I got killed so I swicth back to my normale character to wait for the event to end and then the admin told me to switch back or I ll be ban so I tried swicthing back but it would not work and the chat was disabled and then I got ban.How was I supposed to swicth back when I couldnt and then admin told to do so.

I have no clue what happened at this "DayZ" event since I was out.
I know there's that weird thing where once you make a new character and go to a different character and attempt to go back to that "new" character, it doesn't allow it.
So, the only way to fix that is rejoining.
Simple mistake, it happens.
