Steam Name:
Private Renalf

Steam ID:
1239u8120319849721
(Got that fixed, just after I posted the thread.)

Character Name:
Alinus Renalf

How many days have you played on the server?:
About a day's worth. Played HL2RP in general for a long time.

IC: Background Story:
As a child, Alinus was born in Greece, hence his first name. He was raised in England, and was a troubled child who never really knew much about the people he looked up to. When the seven hour war was over, and the Union took over, He aspired to be as loyal as possible. Until an Autonomous Judgement Waiver was passed, causing him to have severe ptsd from the many deaths that took place that day, and the luckiness of how he barely survived being killed off by an overeager Civil Protection Commander. When fate had that Kylo, a leader of a small group of Insurgents, pushed into the apartments during a Judgement Waiver that same very day, Alinus took the chance and ran with them, never looking back on his 'Loyal' past.

IC: Why do you want to become a Black market dealer?
Despite the efforts to aid his fellow insurgents, Alinus soon found his friends being overwhelmed by a lack of supplies and a lack of income for their efforts. In a daring attempt to secure a chance of survival, he opened an illegal arms trade, hoping to launder money as well as traffick drugs and weapons for credits.

OOC: Why should we choose you to become a Black market dealer?
I'm very serious about having the ability to deal Black Market goods. As a result, the prices will be affected by a range of things;
Number of players, recent events, frequency of rations, and yes, other BMDs.
I will also not abuse this right, and will force the character of wanting to make a profit while supporting himself and his own resistance group. As such, citizens who want a gun, must pay quite a bit of cash to get a weapon, or possibly other means of 'Paying' including making drugs to traffick.

Have you played any type of seriousRP before? If yes explain what you've done there:
I've played HL2RP for quite some time out of this server. I recently joined this one and thought it was pretty cool. It's simplified, and less...Dynamic. But that's ok. If you're wondering my experience with serious RP is, then I do work as a CWU for Lemonpunch currently. It involves a lot of IC and OOC paperwork to do a simple workshift. It's hell, but it's a serious thing to be doing.

What roleplaying experiences do you have?:
Like I said, CWU in Lemonpunch which deals with mass producing products (Which in this case, can be drugs.), I've also played Civil Protection before on a different server, and do know how to sell items as well. So for Black Market, I'll pretty much run some citizens wanting to be 'rebels' (note the apostrophes.) and mass-produce drugs as well as sell shipments of weapons, laundered money, and other things via IC and RP.

What is the meaning of the term 'PK', and when does it affect?
A PK is a permanent kill. It affects usually after dying, and is usually claimed by someone wishing for another character to permanently die.
Give us an example of a 'PK' situation:
A loyalist is kidnapped by rebels.
The loyalist is executed by the rebels, who interrogated him.
This will usually lead to PK, and will be very unfortunate.

What is the meaning of the term 'DM', and when does it affect?
Deathmatch. At least, that's what I think it is. It's essentially what it sounds like. People fight each other by starting an rp situation, to the death.
Give us an example of a 'DM' situation:
A combine attempts to subdue a citizen.
The citizen pulls a gun and fights back.
They now are in a DM situation.
The citizen gets killed, ending the DM situation.

What is the meaning of the term 'RDM', and when does it affect?
Random deathmatch. The act of randomly starting a fight and killing someone without using rp. Essentially, in most cases, the person just goes up and starts attacking someone.
Give us an example of a 'RDM' situation:
A citizen is on the street. Doing nothing wrong.
A CP comes out, instantly shelling the person, despite doing nothing wrong and no warning or RP.
This is RDM, as the citizen had done nothing and was not included into the RP via RP, warranting it, as such, a 'Random' Deathmatch.

Give us three correct /me commands:
/me checks his shipments of weapons coming in, looking back up at the customer.
/me writes down the total amount of drugs created and the ingredients used.
/me polishes and shines a rifle laying on a desk, before putting it back in the display case.
Give us three correct /it commands:
/it A door swings open, with a man standing behind it, waiting for someone.
/it A single lightbulb illuminates the warehouse of trafficked goods.
/it The sun shines through the windows, brightening up the heavily guarded warehouse of goods.

What is the difference between the following commands: /bc and /ad ?
/ad Is for advertising.
/bc Is for broadcasting as CP

What is the meaning of the term 'MG', and when does it affect?
Metagame, I suppose. It's the use of OOC information to give your IC an edge.
Give us three situations that define the term MG:
Using OOC information, or stating something like
// Dude why are there so many rebels in the slums
Since this would attract more citizens wanting to become 'rebels', and it states where it is.

Finding a secret place OOC and using it IC
/me opens a secret door by pressing a very specific button.
Since you wouldn't know what to do unless you were shown how IC. Or opened it in Sandbox and found all the secret spots, using that knowledge for an advantage.

Using OOC to advertise a place or your store.
//Guys, i'm having a sale at my store. You should come.
This seems all fine and dandy, but the characters shouldn't know this unless it's an advertisement. As a result, it's technically metagaming, as people WILL come from the OOC message, no doubt.
