Black list

Hello. I dont exactly know what the black list is but i think it makes it where you can have a physic gun or spawn props. (in Combine Control) I would like to request to be taken off the list because i really dont know what i did wrong to be put on it. And because i wanna get back to designing my own buildings and get back to playin my favorite server. If i need to do anything to get off please tell me or something. Look, you lost your ability to spawn both or either props and the access to move around props for a reason.
With your poor grammar and even spelling, I'm not giving it back, nor will any admin will give it back.
