Person who isn't an admin commanding a PK, Then I get banned for it after not deleting the char when I wasn't informed by a admin to delete the char.

This really disapointed me.
Heres the story from the beginning:
I just joined the CCA, I'm a RcT now. I command a stalker in IC because he ain't listening to make supplies.
Turns out RcT aren't allowed to do that. I was never told that.
a SeC commands a PK on me right away even thoe he IS NOT a admin.
Then I get banned even For
"I didn't delete the char"

First of all, I was told by a Non-admin to delete the char.
I was never informed by a actual admin. Yet I get banned by Wheatly.
This is really disapointing all together that High CP ranks think they can command people in OOC, even if they aren't an admin. i was banned with out ever being informed by a ACTUAL admin to delete the char.
I would gratefully like to be unbanned and continue on with my RcT char.

EDIT: Ban wore off. I'm not deleting the char because the SeC who issued it can't issue it because he wasn't a admin.
